Emmanuel was the perfect realtor for us. He knew exactly how to sell our house quickly and was available to show us every listing we had interest in when purchasing our new home. He had a strong sense of what our house was worth and how to get the most for it. I felt that he communicated well with us about the interest in our home and any changes we needed to make. He explained every step of the selling and buying process to us so there were no surprises along the way. I was comfortable asking questions, sharing my opinions with him, and he answered every question I had in a very professional manner. Emmanuel showed respect to the other realtors we worked with and he was patient with us. My husband and I were VERY picky and Emmanuel stood by us as we made offer after offer. I highly recommend him as a realtor to all- especially those moving to the valley from out of state.
