Eric was a very nice guy and knows his job very well. However, I don't feel he actually had our best interest in mind. The inspector that he had recommended to me completely messed up the inspection process and lied about all that he gone over. I'm now stuck in home that is falling apart. I don't feel like Eric wasn't aware that he would do this and it was just for the sell.
