Melanie was terrific! She did everything and I did not have to do anything! I live 2 hours from Cape Cod and I was house bound. She was so considerate. She helped find people to take care of the property and make it ready to sell. She was calling me all the time, keeping me informed of showings & giving me the feedback from the buyers. She knows the market well. She helped me negotiate. I am elderly and she was so patient with me because I do not know much about technology, and she took the time to explain and she made sure I understood all the listing documents, the offer, the closing documents... Everything was great. I really think she did a terrific job and I could not have asked for a better listing agent to sell my house on Cape Cod! If anyone needs a Realtor on Cape Cod, I would absolutely recommend her in a heartbeat!

She provided us with all the contact information for the utilities and insurance companies with who to call and what to do. Word of mouth which is generally the best way to go, huge help. Followed up while on vacation. Since we were not physically there my brother was able to meet with her and get all the necessary information for us.
