Our experience with Wendy Riha exceeded all expectations ‼️In our first meeting, she thoroughly explained her background, everything that would be provided to us, how the entire process worked and she did this in a most professional manner. She was extremely easy and comfortable to talk with and we felt immediately that we were a good match and felt very comfortable with her. We faced obstacles that we didn’t expect, but she was able to communicate everything that was needed on our part. Due to the fact that we moved to North Carolina, she was in touch with us constantly to advise us of the next step. She was definitely very calming and understanding when several steps involving the HOA became frustrating. She assured that things we had to provide got to the appropriate people immediately. The pictures taken of our home, by her son, were outstanding, giving the best presentation of our home. Wendy checked our mail and forwarded items that were extremely important to assure we received them at our new address. She was very knowledgeable on all aspects of her job and we definitely could not completed the process without her support. We have recommended her several times when people were asking for who we used. Wendy loves the Babcock Ranch Community and that really comes through in her personality and we always felt like she truly cared about us and our home which we loved. She is definitely an asset to her Realty Company and clearly did an excellent job in selling our home extremely fast which was wonderful for us especially having moved away.
