Wendy and her husband Ted spent 7 hours with us, showing us all around Babcock Ranch! And after we found what we were looking for, and the building began, we received constant updates with pictures and videos! We were in New York and we still got to see the house get built! Truly a great experience from two great people!! Truly THE BEST!

I was referred to the Riha team while dining at the Lakehouse in Babcock Ranch back in August 2023. They used the Riha team when they purchased their home in BR. After reaching out to Wendy, I knew she'd be the right person to represent me.
