Stefanie Calixto Clermont, FL | 2025 Verified review Nelson was amazing. We actually had started with a different agent and switched to Nelson after meeting with him. His overall expertise in the market, communication skills and professionalism set the bar very high. We went over our concerns with selling and timelines and Nelson walked us through every situation. We listed our house & we’re under contract within 5 days with multiple offers. I highly recommend Nelson to anyone looking to sell or buy a home ! Sourced by Realtor.com

We had the pleasure of working with Noah as our realtor, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Selling a home in today’s market isn’t easy, but Noah guided us through the entire process with professionalism, patience, and care. From the very beginning, he took the time to understand our needs and made sure every detail was handled smoothly. What stood out most was his dedication; Noah never made us feel rushed or overlooked. He went above and beyond to make sure our needs were always met, checking in regularly and keeping us informed at every step. Even when challenges came up, he remained calm, reassuring, and solution-focused, which made a stressful process so much easier on us. Thanks to Noah’s hard work, we were able to successfully sell our home in a difficult market, and we felt supported the entire way. His knowledge, responsiveness, and genuine care for his clients truly set him apart. If you’re looking for a realtor who will look out for your best interests and get the job done, we highly recommend Noah. He exceeded our expectations, and we’re very grateful for all he did for us.

Nelson is amazing. He went above and beyond and gave us 100% care, effort and expertise to sell our home. He had our complete trust in his judgment and guidance from beginning to the end. We feel like we hired a realtor and ended up with a trusted friend.

Una gran persona muy amable y siempre está dispuesta a hacer las cosas bien para ayudar al cliente Es una vendedora muy experimentada y sabe lo que hace y lo que tiene que hacer para vender una propiedad A great person, very friendly and always willing to do things right to help the customer She is a very experienced saleswoman and knows what she does and what she has to do to sell a property

Christina was so patient. She listened to my wants and found homes that were in my price point. She negotiated the best price and was beside me every step of the way. She is knowledgeable about the entire process and was always preparing me for the next steps. She always made me feel like I was her only client. She worked around my crazy schedule, was punctual and always prepared. And, when the whole process was over…she checked in to see how it was going. If you need an agent, she is your girl! I can’t thank her enough!

James Goodyear is an extremely good real estate agent I am not always comfortable with a lot of the technicalities of selling a home and he explained everything very well If I called him about anything related to the selling of my house, he was there to answer my questions My home is sold, and he is also helping me with the purchase of another home You cannot go wrong with James

James patiently worked with us for nearly 5 months and just when it seemed like we would stop looking, we found the home of our dreams. James took care of everything for us and made it as easy as possible, even assisting with a Remote closing because our close fell on the same week as our honeymoon!!! Can’t recommended a better Agent that cares for his clients and will go above and beyond to get it DONE!

I had the greatest pleasure of working with Nelson Cruz, Team Leader/Co-Founder and Madeline Cruz, Director of Operations of MVP Home Group, Real Broker LLC, as I was looking to rent my luxurious lakefront property. Their experience was outstanding! They both demonstrated a deep understanding of the local rental market and provided invaluable advice on pricing and property presentation. Within a reasonable time Nelson Cruz, and Madeline Cruz, not only found a qualified tenant but also managed all aspects of the leasing process, including marketing, showings, and ensuring that the tenant was a great fit for my property.
