•What stood out for me was her patience with me as a first time buyer. From the beginning she was super patient with all my questions and provided in-depth answers and added additional information I hadn't even thought to ask. She was always super responsive by phone and text and I was never left feeling like I was a burden. She was always available to look at houses we wanted to view at times that were convenient for us, also. But more than all that, she learned our likes and dislikes and when it felt like we were never going to find a home in our limited price range she found us the perfect home. She just knows how to handle people and offer a concierge service as a realtor that I didnt expect but very much appreciate. I will recommend Joan to anyone.
