•As an out of state potential buyer (residing in Maryland) and looking to purchase a property in Florida, I really didn't have a referral source to use in my local network. I stumbled upon Lori's profile and from the get go, she was very proactive about identifying properties that met the criteria I was looking for. She didn't stray far away, but gave me an honest assessment of the local market. I wasn't in a rush to buy and new exactly what I was looking for and she used her network to identify properties that hadn't yet been listed, but were coming to the market. She also was able to refer me an excellent lender as well. As time went by, we ran into some bad luck, but Lori remained patient with me. I had even made plans to come to the region and Lori made sure she was available late on the weekend to do multiple viewings with me. During the closing process, she couldn't have been more helpful. After inspection, she was able to put me in touch with an excellent handyman who is doing some minor repairs and fixes, she was able to meet my girlfriend to provide documents, keys, etc when I wasn't able to fly down. All and All, I'm glad I met her and think she'll remain a friend in the future. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a property in the local Florida market.
