•My aunt selected Mike as her realtor to handle her affairs after a battle with terminal cancer. I was the executor of the estate and live 6 hours away. Mike met with me while I was visiting my aunt and assured me that he would take care of everything! After my aunt passed, I made the inevitable phone call to Mike. He, once again, assured me he would handle everything and not to worry. The sale was extremely quick, and the paperwork portion was made very simple. Mike stayed in contact with me the entire time, answered all of my questions and overall was just a great person to work with! During a very difficult time, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. I have often joked with him that once I decide to sell my house in Kansas, he is going to have to come up and sell it for me! If you are looking for someone who genuinely cares and works for you, look no further! I would give him 10+ stars if the app would allow it! Thanks again, Mike! ~LS
