•Jodi took a lot of time and effort to help us purchase a piece of property. She went above and beyond by reaching out to the city to get more information on the sewer availability, surveying, and septic/holding tank eligibility. She also set up the survey for us and handled all of the paper work and communication with the sellers agent. She was very responsive via phone and text. With both of us working, a toddler, and a baby on the way (I was 8 months pregnant), she took a lot of stress off of our plate by being available at all hours and by any means necessary. She also made trips to the property to check on it periodically to ensure nothing changed. Overall, this was the best experience we’ve had with an agent, and look forward to working with her in the future when we sell our current home.
