Katelyn was incredibly quick to respond whenever I had a location that I wanted to tour. That was the most important thing for me. I never felt like I was missing out on a home because my realtor was slow in getting back to me. She also wasn't afraid to point out any home's drawbacks, which I also appreciated. When you want to buy a home relatively quickly, you tend to see each one through rose-colored glasses, which a realtor could take advantage of. Katelyn made sure I was seeing the aspects of each home that maybe weren't so desirable.
