Katelyn was the best real estate agent anyone could ask for! We were first time home buyers and she explained everything in detail and responded well to our 10000 questions. She pointed out things that we didn't even think of and it really felt like she cared about us. She put our wants and needs above all else. We were able to get a house during the crazy market time after looking at 10 houses, which sounds like a lot but during that time it was not! I will recommend Katelyn to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house!

Allison Smith recently negotiated a difficult purchase of a bank foreclosure for us. Allison was quick for all responses, from the initial showing to the delivery of the keys at closing. After many hurdles to purchase the bank owned property Allison showed her dedication to her career by being professional, timely, and sincere. She is professional while also being personable which is the perfect mix for an agent. She answered all of our (many) questions and really worked around our schedule. In a year where it was a total Sellers’ market, Katelyn came to our aid to help us buy our first home after moving to the Syracuse area from out-of-state. She is very personable, knowledgeable, and is quick to respond to emails, texts and phone calls. She totally picked up on mine + my husband’s vibes and knew instantly when a house just wasn’t speaking to us. Katelyn was incredibly quick to respond whenever I had a location that I wanted to tour. That was the most important thing for me. I never felt like I was missing out on a home because my realtor was slow in getting back to me. She also wasn't afraid to point out any home's drawbacks, which I also appreciated. When you want to buy a home relatively quickly, you tend to see each one through rose-colored glasses, which a realtor could take advantage of. Katelyn made sure I was seeing the aspects of each home that maybe weren't so desirable.
