Extremely Knowledgeable and Professional

Ruth is exteremely knowledgeable of the property and coop that I was interested in. Together we presented an offer to the owner which was accepted and we are in contract. Ruth has been extremely helpful in guiding me in the inspection and coop board approval process and is making this process much easier with her guidance. She has made herself available for me to go back and look at the property and show friends. Excellent experience to date.

That's precisely the conclusion I reached in having Ruth Ahlemeier as our family's realtor. From the start, she delivered with every expectation set along a long and winding road that felt neither long nor winding thanks for her extraordinary resiliency and astute professionalism at every turn. From her fastidious nature to her glorious attention to detail, Ruth was able to steer a final outcome that was a reflection of her constant desire to succeed; our need to find the right price with the right circumstances and accommodating timeline resulted in a real estate transaction that can only be described as picture perfect. What especially stands out for me is her capacity to devote consistent attention, 24-hour consideration and endless availability of cycles necessary to ensure that her client feels like someone truly has their back.
