•I am old school and just wanted a piece of good hunting property. I contacted Kim and she started sending listings based on my parameters. I found one that I liked and she referred me to the sellers agent to answer a lot of my questions about the property. After some negotiating, an offer was accepted. I live out of state, so I coordinated a trip to look at the property. The sellers agent took me to look at the property because it required an ATV to access. I didn't realize that the real estate market had changed and the seller is no longer responsible for the closing fees. I was hit with an additional charge for part of Kim's fee. This was not communicated to me until the day of closing. Kim and I were able to negotiate an acceptable amount and the deal was completed.
