Katy is not honest. As in, the last buyers got cold feet, no, they didn't, they found a crack that extends the length of the house under the carpet. This was never disclosed, by either realtor, an they both knew. Once discovered, her best advice was"Take them to small claims court" . Are you kidding me ??? This is not a small claims, it's a 100k investment. I hope you get all that you deserve, Katy. Thanks for nothing.
