•Mike is an experienced and knowledgable realtor! He recently assisted me with a for sale by owner purchase which could not have gone any better. He worked closely with us to find exactly the best fit home for us. I never had to worry about any of the logistics and very much appreciated his prompt responses to any question. I highly recommend Mike for any real estate needs.
We recently sold our house and had found our own buyer. In order to save money we went to a lawyer to help so that we didn't have to pay the bigger sales%. They gave us blank selling papers and we were lost on how to proceed. We found Mike and he walked us through the process and was helpful to both seller and buyer. Mike took the time to explain everything and help us understand what, why and how to proceed for the same price as a lawyer. We are very happy with Mikes help and would recommend him to any one who needs a real estate agent.
