Mrs. Carter is a dedicated, conscientious, professional realtor. It took a year to sell my home, because of a lull in the market. Her kindness and knowledge of the market kept me sane. Since I lived out of town, Mrs. Carter would check on my house on a regular basis for me, outside of regular client showings. She was a God-send to me...I could not make the closing on my house.
