We were blessed to get connected with Steve through Zillow. We were apprehensive at first since we were coming from out of town and didn't know what to expect, but Steve (or one of his colleagues) was available and responsive throughout the entire homebuying process, which was a fast close in less than 1 month! I am a very detail oriented person that asks a lot of questions, and Steve was able to provide information and guidance with all concerns that I had during the entire process no matter when I reached out to him. He even gave us a personalized welcome basket upon closing and made us feel like part of his family. My son even started calling him uncle Steve! I would highly recommend Steve to anyone moving to the Austin area!
