Lauren was so amazing to work with! I was a first time home buyer and was super nervous about home buying. Before working with Lauren I saw the process of buying a home as this huge daunting, overwhelming process, but Lauren explained everything and eased all of my worries! She explained the process to the degree I wanted and needed. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured by Lauren. I felt like I could really take my time and find something that was the perfect fit for me. I felt like Lauren really had my best interest in mind and wasn’t just trying to make a sale, so I really trusted all of her input. Again, being a first time home buyer there’s so many little details that you don’t even think of, but Lauren did! Even after I closed on my house she gave me a list of things I should do to make my move in smooth as well as general upkeep tasks. Lauren was super communicative. Leah's knowledge of Austin and its competitive real estate market is amazing. My husband and I were moving to Austin from out of state and we had one week to find a house.
