She really went above and beyond when it came to doing background research on the neighborhoods, homes, codes, repairs, etc. that were related to the purchase of our single family home. Bobbi provided thorough information on comparable home rates in the neighborhoods we were looking at, background on the neighbors next to our home, and general knowledge and advice on what makes a good or bad home purchase. Bobbi quickly translates client wants into needs and prioritizes her client's needs based on what will ensure a successful home sale. Bobbi worked with me on the sale of a home in Chaska, MN that we knew had a lot of value but would be challenged by market conditions. Bobbi thoroughly analyzed our home's best features and used them to separate our home from the comaparables in the area. She even created a visually captivating sales portfolio that listed our homes specs, features and benefits. Our home sold in less than two weeks during possibly the worst housing market in history.

She put more effort in selling my husbands house then anyone I have ever seen before. Most may go a mile with you but she went all the way doing many extras just to get it sold. She went way beyond the call of duty
