•Bill really knows his stuff, and goes above and beyond for his clients. He worked very hard to help us through the buying process, and he understands that and the laws very well. The only thing that really held up the loan was that the first processor he put me in touch with wasn't very good, but that wasn't Bill's fault; he took the advice of someone else in recommending the guy. Once he realized the guy didn't know what he was doing, Bill fixed everything immediately and got us on the right track. Everything moved very smoothly.
