Beyond being a great professional realtor Georgia Baldau is a very caring person. Georgia helped us get our dream lakeside property on one of the most affluent areas of Las Vegas within a month. That is why we cannot "Thank Georgia" enough for her being sent by God as an Angel guiding us through finding another temporal home here on Earth. Georgia is like a realtor by day, superhero by day and night; also being an Angel to the elderly, poor, and vulnerable giving her time, talent, treasure and even stay in contact with her former clients if they need any help. Although unbeknownst to anyone reading; this long overdue feedback for Georgia, is a testament to our gratitude for her, because we had a difficulty to put into words how much amazement we got, that we can only give a fraction of justice to the wonders she has done for us; and also what we had witnessed Georgia do to help other people out of charity beyond her hours at work. As a realtor, one of her main goals is to help people find the house that people would enjoy and appreciate for years to come, and was one of the best decisions they made. Georgia is like your Queen in the Chess Board who will go the distance for you; using her plethora of seasoned skills, killer knowledge, and extensive experience. She is like a Secret Agent that has intelligence information to negotiate for her clients' advantage. Georgia has a great team of real estate professionals such as loan officers, lawyers, title companies, property managers, inspectors, etc, that all work in synchrony. Whether you are a buyer, seller, investor, or renter; she has connections with the various apartments, luxury condominiums, and hotels in Las Vegas, Henderson, Laughlin, Primm, Mesquite, especially in the world famous Las Vegas Strip. While there may be people that have met the best realtors in the world, Georgia is the best realtor and a Godsend, in our world.
