Neva Lancaster knows the real estate market extremely well, and represents her clients zealously from start to finish! The negotiations with respect to my sale between the buyer's agent/buyers was anything but smooth, but Neva kept a level head and the lines of communication open between all parties, which ultimately lead to a meeting of the minds and the sale came to fruition. In my humble opinion, had it not been for Neva's professionalism and tireless efforts throughout the process, we may not have made it to closing. If you are selling your home or if you are in the market to purchase a home, you will need a realtor who is knowledgeable, hardworking, and professional. I’ve worked with many realtors, none took their time to walk me through the process. Kendall was helpful to advise me on the renting process and the go-sees.
