Where do I even begin?! Dom and his team made this process so easy and fun for my boyfriend and I. They were literally there every step of the way and to answer all of our questions before and after the process was over. What stood out to us the most was the knowledge the team had whether it came to flooring or countertops they had the answer. I first hired my friend real estate agent and he almost had me paying 23% MORE for a property and it was worth. Dom was referred to me, and after my friend had been severely letting me down, I asked him what he thought of the price I had agreed to. Dom told me what he thought it was worth off the top of his head (no other info) and it turned out to be listed right above that price… right after I backed out of that deal and hired dom! Dom had been helping me for free with 0 expectation of getting paid on my under contract deal. After I had backed out and gotten to hire dom my home buying experience became FUN vs stressful. Absolutely everything was handled for me. I felt like I was a VIP member getting 5 star service somewhere. Dom helped me negotiate a great deal on my dream starter home that I’m currently in now. I should’ve got him a gift but he got me one after closing. To make things even more heavenly, the old homeowner forgot to clean the house for me before I moved in. I told Dominic and he got me a maid on his dime. If you have the option to hire dom and/or his team and you don’t you will risk not getting the best deal and certainly miss not getting the best service.
