Dionne did a great job helping us purchase a new home as well as sell our existing home (in 12 days). Although the purchase of our new home was challenging, she was with us every step of the way, selecting homes in the area we wanted to live, weeding out homes that didn't meet our requirements or price range, and providing us with much-needed advice in negotiations with the seller. And the sale of our existing home was a breeze thanks to Dionne!! She told us exactly what to do to get our home ready to sell and it sold in 12 days at list price with minimal repairs after inspection. We couldn't believe how easy it was! We used Dionne 18 years ago to sell a condo at a great price, used her this year to buy/sell 2 houses at great prices, and will not hesitate to use her in the future if/when we decide to sell our current home and buy a new home! Can't say enough about how diligent and attentive Dionne has been throughout the entire home buying/selling process! Highly recommend!!
