•I’m grateful a realtor friend in Virginia Beach, VA, recommended Wes Stearns to sell my brother’s home in Occoquan, VA. The sale was necessitated due to the unexpected and sudden death of my brother. From my first interaction with Wes over the phone, he was personable and accommodating during a sad time for my family. Wes was willing to handle tasks, regarding the preparation of getting my brother’s home ready to sell. These tasks would have required additional visits from Virginia Beach to Occoquan to complete. However, Wes was willing to be inconvenienced to ensure a “road trip” wasn’t necessary. Through the 3 1/2 months my brother’s hime was on the market, Wes stayed in touch to advise and make recommendations. He was reassuring and remained positive. I would recommend to anyone in the Prince William County/Northern Virginia area to use Wes Stearns to sell their home. I can assure you, you won’t be disappointed!
