•10 out of 10. Pat always answers his phone- it was easy to ask questions throughout the process. For example, I contacted him on a weekend with questions about loan terms had answers that night. He knows St. Louis realty- great insights on the property we were looking at- this helped him negotiate for us. For example, we didn't want to come in too high or low- Pat guided our initial offer, we had one counter that was very close, and basically had a deal going in a day or 2. Pat is experienced and knows all the right players- when you work with Pat he has a team including Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties, Loan officer, Title Company, inspector, etc etc. Everyone he put us with was professional, fast, and they knew what they were doing. He went above in beyond including coming to the closing- he even stayed afterward and talked to the bank's loan officer for us to make sure we had all the financial mechanics right. Couldn't ask for more.
