Cam was incredible to work with in our home buying journey. We were moving from Missouri to the Twin Cities, and as soon as we connected with Cam (prior to making the move to MN), he would proactively reach out to us to check-in and see how he could help in our transition. He set us up in an online portal that would send us daily updates on new listings in the area of houses that met our criteria. As soon as we moved to the Twin Cities (we lived with my parents for a little while), he was so helpful and prompt in setting up viewings. At the start of every viewing day he gave us printouts of the stats of the homes we would be visiting. He always responded to emails, calls and texts very promptly. He really made us feel like we were his only client (even though we know we weren't!). We were buying in the crazy summer 2016 market where if you saw a house you liked, you had to jump on it, and there were many times we would see a house, and immediately call Cam to see if we could get into view it and he would set it up for us immediately. We were also impressed with his knowledge of the homebuying process and things to look for in a house. A couple of time he caught things in homes that we didn't or wouldn't have thought to look for. Cam was always also always quick to follow-up on questions we had. We also NEVER felt pressured to buy a house or act faster than we wanted. He really wanted us to find the perfect house for our family. We never felt rushed. When we did find the perfect house, he was extremely knowledgeable with how the process worked in terms of making an offer, and then the steps to take after the offer was accepted. He walked us through everything and was always available to answer questions. We really enjoyed working with Cam and will recommend him to all our friends and family!
