Professional attentive care.

Simply professional attentive care. Kate took the time to understand our situation, listen and offer different ideas to put our house in the market at the time we were ready. We were in control but managed by Kate and the team work proved to be a winning plan. Kate went out of her way in my opinion talking to other real state agents about our house coming in to the market. Her knowledge in the process itself allowed the closing to be prompt, accurate and expedient. All what anyone would expect of a professional real estate person, that is Kate Baldukas.
