•So many realtors had contacted me to try to sell the home I built. I had been trying to sell it on my own for several months. I finally started looking on Zillow for someone who had sold homes at the end of 2022 and into the first month of 2023. Nanette Minnick was the agent with the greatest selling success rate for the area where I was selling. She got back to me the same evening I had texted her and set up a meeting. She came to look at my place within a day. She had researched home sale prices in my home's area. She was realistic about the market value and set the home selling price at $349,900. She sent me on a mission to get a needed appliance for the kitchen plus a couple decorative rugs for the place. She expedited the photo shoot, got the write up ready to post, and went live for the sale in less than a week. Once the house went up for sale online, we had a full-price offer in three days! I had signed off from a previous realtor before I found Nanette as there was no positive action going on with the previous realtor's listing. But Nanette Minnick got the sale. Thank you for all your help Nanette!
