•Theresa assisted us in selling our old home and buying a new one. She is so organized and kept us informed of every step of our transactions. Our old home sold in 2 days. WOW. We were scrambling to find a new home in a particular area and were on our way to see a home and she called us enroute to let us know that a new one just went up for sale 20 min ago and did we want to see that one too. Of course we said yes. This new listing turned out to be the perfect home for us and we were the first ones to see it and we made an offer on the spot and it was accepted! Without Theresa's dilligence we would have missed out on this perfect home. She helped us through all the paperwork and kept us informed of all the inspections etc. It was truly a pleasure to have her as our realtor and we would never hire anyone else.
