Theresa assisted us in selling our old home and buying a new one. She is so organized and kept us informed of every step of our transactions. Our old home sold in 2 days. WOW. We were scrambling to find a new home in a particular area and were on our way to see a home and she called us enroute to let us know that a new one just went up for sale 20 min ago and did we want to see that one too. Of course we said yes. This new listing turned out to be the perfect home for us and we were the first ones to see it and we made an offer on the spot and it was accepted! I can honestly say that without her, my family and I would not be sitting in a home that checked all of our boxes for what we wanted in a new home.
