We live out of state and needed a good agent to sell our home. To complicate matters more, we needed to obtain a power of attorney as well as a notary located out of the country. Terrence was outstanding! There wasn't a task that he did not accomplish. He did an excellent job of negotiating with the buyers to get us a great offer. Since we no longer live in the area, he also helped us find reliable and inexpensive contractors. Terrence is very professional, smart and reliable. I'd definitely recommend him.

Terrence was awesome he was patient and made sure I got what I needed and most of what I wanted in a house. He didn't just try to sell me anything to get a sell. Even when I was getting frustrated he helped bring it back in perspective.
