•I was not aware of how many things needed to happen - how many stars to align - when purchasing and selling a house. Kate coordinated so many items across dozens of people to make sure everything fell into place. Her guidance led us to purchasing a new home for tens of thousands less than listing and selling our current home for tens of thousands over asking price (probably due to the amazing pictures and staging she handled). Not a bad deal! In addition to all that help, she continuously set our expectations along the way and checked in regularly making sure we were comfortable with whatever direction we wanted to head. Overall, an amazing experience and I'll be recommending her to everyone I know in the market.
