•Melinda has helped me sell two homes, buy two homes and helped to sell my parents' home as well. She has been wonderful to have on our side during all of those transactions. Some of the selling and buying were done during emotionally difficult times and she helped us to navigate every part of the process with grace and compassion. Melinda and her daughter were fantastic to work with during our most recent purchase of our house and I just love both of them as people, not just as realtors. They are incredibly knowledgeable about the Denver area and it's complicated and ever-changing real estate. If we had a question, they had an answer, or knew where to get the answer. Buying a house is stressful, but with Melinda and Ashley there, it made it so much better of an experience. I simply cannot recommend them enough.
