•I met Renee at an open house in Tiverton In describing what I was looking for, she gave me the address of a property that had been on the market, had not sold, taken off the market and perhaps was still available. I left there to do a drive by, immediately returned to the open house to tell her I was interested and the rest is history. From then on Renee was an instrumental resource, contacting the owner who still wanted to sell and keeping in contact with him. She guided me in the research, putting me in contact with the right professionals for reflective opinions to help me decide how this could work for me, what was possible - helping me navigate the ins and outs of buying the property. Just as we were about to make an offer the owner surprised us and put the property on the market for less than his asking price to us. Because of all the groundwork that had been set - we were ready to jump. Being first to the plate, and because the owner knew I was serious - the property was efficiently secured, leaving two serious back up offers in the dust. Could not done that without the guidance and support of Renee.
