•Kapil showed me and my wife many houses and was extremely patient as we were undecided on which house was suitable for us. We made some offers and often got cold feet, yet Kapil never showed any frustration. He understood as he said it best that buying a house is not like "buying candy," and we must be absolutely sure that the purchase of a house in terms of investment, practicality, and emotion is the right decision. Kapil has deep knowledge of the real estate market in the Houston area, and given that we were new transplants, helped us greatly in familiarizing us with the area. Four long months later, when we finally settled on our dream house, Kapil did his SWOT analysis, did the negotiation with the seller, and got us such a great deal; above and beyond what we expected! Comparing our house with the other houses that were recently sold in the neighborhood, Kapil got us the best deal, truly amazing! He is a man of integrity giving full disclosure of everything and performing his duties to the best of his ability. He is also very dedicated and hardworking, going far above and beyond what is required of him. We are more than happy with our purchase, and it was an absolute pleasure working with Kapil. We most highly recommend him.
