Wiling and available.

Willing to work with the client's needs, very available. And in my case was not hesitant to travel to the properties way out regular area of operation. A rare find, in the sea of incompetent part-time "real estate agents". Has a lot of local knowledge about turf, plants, wetland rules. I would recommend this agent to a friend. No time will be wasted.
