▶Nastassia is wonderful. Beginning with our first conversation, she very quickly picked up on what we were looking for, and moved fast to find us our dream home. She is professional, has great knowledge of the Miami real estate market, and was very proactive in sending us listings that matched exactly what we were looking for. Nastassia has a keen eye for design as well, which helped us visualize the homes we visited into what they could become. She also went out of her way to get us to see what ultimately ended up being our dream home before the open house for that home kicked off, knowing it would be important for us to be there first. And, at the time of negotiation she gave us sound advice on what we could ask for and ultimately helped us close. She has great recommendations for mortgage providers, title companies, designers, anything you need! It was a true pleasure working with her.
