My name is Tony Curtis. I live in England full time with my family. I also had a house in Bradenton, Florida as I am a native Floridian. I was faced with a myriad of challenges to sell my home. Sandi knows exactly what they were. In addition, economically speaking, interest rates were on the verge of increasing. My home was 10 year old as well. Sandi and I worked together hand in hand. Sandi played her role with the utmost professionalism. Sandi’s massive experience in finding that balance between how we gain the right aesthetic to command the highest price was impeccable. Believe me, the house had all of the potential. That alone was not enough to get top dollar for this home. You need someone that has a feel and experience for investment vs return. You need someone who can feel there way through based on years of experience selling luxury, high priced homes. That is not enough however. Ultimately, you need someone that understands how to deal with a diverse group of constituents throughout the complex process of selling a home at the right price with the investment return equation perfectly in balance.
