When we bought our house originally when we moved to FL we choose Mitch as our agent by reading his profile online. We were so lucky to have chosen him. We wouldn't have made it through the purchase without him especially since we were not in FL for the whole process. I had the good fortune to meet Phil Pisano in February 2019. At that time, I was interested in housing costs in the Venice/Nokomis area. He took my information and sent me listings that met my criteria. He sent me a note about six months later to just check in and let me know he was available whenever I was ready. In October, I became aware of a house that met most of my criteria. The listing agent wanted to represent the seller and me. I knew I needed someone In my corner, so I contacted Phil. Phil was there for me when I viewed the home, during the home inspection when I couldn’t be there and the follow up inspection. He was always willing to take my call or promptly returned my calls. He even answered my call when he was at an accident scene involving his mother and another driver. His knowledge of the area and what to expect made this process seamless.
