Cheryl made the selling of my Fathers home a very painless and to tell the truth, a very enjoyable event. From the moment she entered the home to speak with us about the process of pricing, listing, showing, and selling the home, it was very clear Cheryl was the professional we needed. Her strong knowledge of this market and the buyers was spot on. She spoke with confidence and listened to us, really listened. My Father and Cheryl worked out a listing price. Several offers came in and a contract was signed, for well above listing in less than a week. There were no issues, and the deal closed. Cheryl made it very easy on my Father. THOMAS ANSWERED HIS PHONE EVERY TIME I CALLED. This home purchase involved the sale of a condo, 1031 exchange, and purchase of this home. All done within a very short time frame. It was a complicated investment sale, exchange & purchase. Thomas referred me to all the important people necessary to quickly close this purchase within the very short time allowed by the mortgage commitment date. He sent me to a mortgage broker (Kevin Salvatore - THE GREATEST!! @ Celebrity Mortgage), Jasmine @ US1031.com, Ashley @ Riddell Law, Bi-Rite Insurance, Inc., home inspection, and termite. If it needed to be done Thomas made sure to get it done. Anytime I needed to be at the home, he was there to be of assistance. SO IMPORTANT: Thomas strongly advised I confirm the insurance was indeed in both parties as listed on the deed. I did so and found the insurance was written in only one name. This was an extremely important error corrected because of his knowledge and attention to detail.
