John was nothing short of fantastic during the recent sale of our home. He picked the best time to list it for maximum exposure. Helped use price it for a quick fair sale. And best yet he found a buyer in less than 21 days. Through the entire sales process he quickly answered all my questions, and trust me I had many, and talked me through the exasperating process working up to closing. He spent a lot of time at the house doing the things I did not have time to do as I had to work. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to sell. He is a true professional.

As of June 25th 2011, I have become a proud owner of a beautiful new home.When I first spoke to John, I was looking at getting a rental home considering I have always rented and was not sure how capable if at all on owning. After meeting with John, he eased my worries and the process began. From the start of looking for a home till the close date, John was there to answer all my questions, guide me through very unfamiliar processes and asked questions he knew I would not know I should.
