•Melanie Till went above and beyond to help us sell our first house that was built in the 1950's in Old Lake Highlands and she was simply amazing!! Anyone that has tried to sell an older home that had some previous damage due to age that later had to be revealed to a potential Buyer knows how frustrating it can be when you have to disclose EVERYTHING. Especially when you know how much it cost to repair everything and that the house is probably better than ever now. We spent a small fortune properly repairing some water damage that happened several years prior to selling our house. This "water damage" scared off some initial buyers, but Melanie hung in there with us and helped us through the entire process to ensure both Seller (Us) and the Buyer that everything was properly repaired, well documented and safe now. You might have thought Melanie was the Buyer's agent, but that's just how good she is at her job. We ended up finding the right Buyer in a matter of weeks and sold for a great price with peace of mind knowing that the Buyer got all the information they needed to make an informed decision. Melanie is highly professional, responsive, honest and knowledgeable and she went above and beyond to help us through a difficult sale. We highly recommend her to anyone Buying or Selling in the Lakewood/Lake Highlands or anywhere in the Dallas area. Thanks.
