Lili Youngblood was exceptional! Not sure we could have completed this move without her. We were in Germany and bought a new construction in Grovetown without every physically seeing the neighborhood, talking to the builder, or seeing the property. She was our mediator with the builder and the process was flawless! Lili worked with us for 6 months and provided weekly video updates on the property construction. She was present for the inspection, walk through, and signing. Lili was instrumental in ensuring our needs and wants were met by the builder. She went above and beyond to make us comfortable with our abnormal situation. I will never use another realtor in this area. If you are looking for a realtor, do yourself a favor and pick Lili!

If I could give 10 stars it still wouldn’t be enough! I recently worked with Lily to sell my elderly Aunt’s home and property. I live in California where as the property was in Georgia, and most of the work was done online with Lily’s help. This project took close to 2 years due to title and other issues. Lili was always available every step of the way! Her knowledge , customer service and compassion were invaluable during this time, and I would use her again in a heartbeat! She made what could have been a complicated and horrible buying process absolutely easy and amazing. Even with a 5-hour time difference there were no issues in getting in contact to answer questions and do walk throughs. She gave me honest opinions on homes as if she was buying them for herself. Chris Still was amazing to work with and even remembered little things that were mentioned in passing. As we were purchasing from out of state as a military family he was very accommodating while we were in town for a short time and then was great using technology to do photos and video calls to see things 'in person' while we were not in the state/city. His knowledge of the area and honest recommendations were refreshing and welcomed.
