We play Bridge with Shirleen’s in-laws and think the “world of those two people”! We felt like Shirleen would be a good “fit” for the two of us!! She impressed us on her first visit out to our place. She has many people at her fingertips to call on to fix things, which is a big help. We are in our 80’s and not able to do a lot of things like we could 30 years ago!!! Shirleen has knowledge of the Aiken market and we felt like she priced our house to readily sell. The first customer that saw the house made an offer and we accepted it with a few considerations in negotiations.
