We play Bridge with Shirleen’s in-laws and think the “world of those two people”! We felt like Shirleen would be a good “fit” for the two of us!! She impressed us on her first visit out to our place. She has many people at her fingertips to call on to fix things, which is a big help. We are in our 80’s and not able to do a lot of things like we could 30 years ago!!! Shirleen has knowledge of the Aiken market and we felt like she priced our house to readily sell. The first customer that saw the house made an offer and we accepted it with a few considerations in negotiations. We were pleased with Shirleen’s negotiations and would recommend her to our family and friends.

Lisa did a fantastic job on the sale of our home. She was spot on from the beginning........with an excellent recommendation re: listing price. We were out of town when the listing went on MLS, so she handled everything! When multiple offers were received she served as a sounding board as we figured out what we needed to do. Shirleen had the experience, knowledge energy and connections. Two days before closing our buyer lost their mortgage and was unable to close.
