When my mom passed away, and I had to take care of her estate, the first person I turned to for the house was Lili. I graduated high school with Lili and I’ve known her for a long time, and I knew what she brought to the table throughout the years with her customers and friends. She took care of everything from start to finish and informed me of who I needed to contact, how to get the house ready, what needed to be done and when the time came to pick a buyer, because we had several, she recommended which one that was best for me and my family. She started the process and made all the arrangements from start to finish. And she was there at closing. Lili was very aware of my needs during the loss of my mom and then my wife passed away late December during the closing of the house. She told the buyers and put that on hold until after the services for my wife. I would recommend Lili to anyone that asked me on an opinion for a realtor. Even though she was providing a service for me as a customer and an agent, I still felt like we were treated like family and our needs were always put first.
