At the time of my listing, the average on market time for the area was 90+ days. With Vikki, Brandi and her team, my home was sold within 30 days of listing. Advertising and strategy was communicated and coordinated instantly and effectively, and the entirety of the sale process was handled for me, often ahead of schedule. Contractor and fix-it work was scheduled fast and priced to maintain as much profit for me as possible. 10/10 experience, don’t take a chance anywhere else.

The first moment I met with Brandi, I knew I was in good hands. Brandi stayed as long as she needed to make me feel comfortable, to make everything clear to better understand the process. She helped by giving me tips in house prepping . She also brought things to the house to stage the house to make it look better. Brandi and her team were always available to answer all the crazy questions I may have during this process. From the time I met her to the time the house was sold was approximately 35 days.
