Communication was absolutely amazing! He would update myself and my husband about everything we needed to know about selling our old house and everything about the new one. The process was a little long, but that had nothing to with Adam and more about our old house and the obstacles that came our way, but he helped us get through it all. He walked us through on EVERYTHING we could do, should do, and needed to do to get our old house sold and how to get into our new one. We’ve been in our new home for a little over a year now and it’s absolutely AMAZING! When we were searching for homes, he took into consideration each and every need and want we had. Anything that my husband and I wanted in a home, he found at each location we looked at. With our old home, we ran into a lot of issues that brought my husband and myself down at times but Adam was always positive and let us know we were going to get everything taken care of. I personally have known Adam for most of my life (almost 20 years) and he is probably the nicest family man I’ve ever met. He’s a great listener, honest, trustworthy, super friendly and knows EXACTLY what to do and how to get it taken care of! He always goes above and beyond to help his clients. 11/10 best realtor we’ve ever had! I recommend him to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a home. Love you, Adam!

Adam held my hand through the whole process. When I ran in to situations with my house Adam calmly handled them and that meant so much to me. He was always a phone call away with an immediate response to my questions. He even did some of the repairs for me saving me money! Adam is professional, caring, honest and is also above reproach. You won't find a more responsible and respective Realtor.

Adam came recommended to us when as UK citizens we weren't sure what the process of buying a house involved and we asked some American friends who they would use. It was a great choice as Adam went above and beyond helping us understanding the system, what we could and couldn't do and giving us sound advice. Nothing was too much trouble. We have even called him on a couple of occasions for advice and he has helped out. When we do move we'll definitely rehire him.

My husband and i couldn't have been more pleased to have Adam Judd as our Realtor. He not only helped us find our new home but, he helped us sell our original home in less than 2 months. Adam went over and beyond to help in making the process easy when we bought and sold. Prior to us purchasing our new home-he was available when we needed him. He was up on the new homes for sale in the area that we were searching. We felt like we were Adam's #1 client, even though he had many others to tend to. He had a sign, networked our house for sale to the Public; and held several Open Houses. In no time, we had a CASH offer for the FULL price. Not only that but we closed in 2 weeks. We were so thrilled! Adam really made this process easy. Not only that but Adam helped my husband move items that previous owners had left in our new home so we could move all of our items in. I could go on and on ....I would also like to add. The Inspector that came to our prior home for the new potential owner- Stepped through our roof. The buying agent to our prior house just let someone in that we didnt know with out us knowing. Adam knew we still had personal belongings there-He took his own time (The BUYING agent should have done this) and hung out there until they fixed the roof. We have never been more pleased and would recommend him to the fullest!! AMAZING!
