•We were very fortunate to work with Tony on the sale of an estate property. Beyond being friendly, personable, and professional, I am convinced his knowledge of the market saved us several thousand dollars up front. His advice on how to present the house was perfect and his recommendations on pricing and timing were spot on. The showings went smoothly and we had a number of offers from which to choose. Sorting through offers and contract language can be a bit daunting and it was again an opportunity for Tony to simplify the process and make it less intimidating which he certainly did. The closing preps and closing itself went well but we weren't quite out of the woods. Following the closing, we ran into a small problem with the new owners following a miscommunication and even though the sale had been completed, Tony continued to act on our behalf and it was really through his direct involvement and facilitation that the matter was brought to a successful resolution. No surprise that selling or buying a home is stressful and not something most of us do often. Having the right agent - one who communicates effectively, is calm when you may not be, and is genuinely invested in your best interest - can be the critical difference in a positive or negative experience. We had the right agent and our experience was terrific. Thank you so much Tony!
